I did start ‘Christmas Belle’ rag doll before Christmas, but got a bit delayed in finishing her ..... but here she is finally – better late than never!! I also made her a warm muffler to help keep her hands nice and toastie in all this snow we’re getting here at the moment – anyone want to swap their sunshine for a bit of snow? Well, a lot of snow actually!!!!
That is one very cute doll and love the hand muffler. I have never lived where it snows but sometimes I think I would prefer it to the horrible heatwave we are about to have here in South Australia.I do prefer winter over summer.
Angela said... Goodness, Christmas Belle is absolutely gorgeous. Her face is so sweet and her outfit is beautiful especially her little muff. She's definitely ready for the snowy weather we're having. I love the pretty little vintage tag Belle has got on her arm and wondered if I could ask where you bought that from :>) Was it form here in England? Warm wishes and thanks Angela john.sweby@btinternet.com
Pick me, pick me I'll swap, I don't cope in this heat but I like colder weather. Julia little Christmas Belle is a real sweetie, well done you, you are so clever when it comes to making dolls -and strawberry bears!! hugs Deb
The doll is so cute!!! But if she had lived here in Norway I would have given her a scarf and a wool stockings LOL. I would love to swap some snow and minus cold degrees with you. Today we have minus 33 C here where I live.
Julis she is absolutely SPECTACULAR.

She is lovely Julia - like all the things you sew! I don't know about muffler, I think she needs a woolly coat and hat with all this cold weather!!!
